Products purchased from the Neon Iris Design online store are subject to a 14-day right of return from receipt of the goods. If the product ordered from the e-store does not fit, the product has a defect, that is not specified in the product description, or if the product does not correspond to what was ordered, it can be returned. Neon Iris Design must be informed of the wish to return the goods within 14 days at the latest and fill out the return form below.

All costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is non-compliance with the ordered product or a defected product. The cost of the return to the customer within Estonia is €3 and it is deducted from the returned amount.

Goods can be returned via Omniva, Itella SmartPost or DPD parcel machines. Please use the return code sent to you by us.

Only unused products in their original condition, with tags can be returned.

Custom-made items will not be refundable or exchangeable. 

Once the returned goods have reached us, we return the money to the same bank account from which the money was received, within 14 days at the latest.
